Libra worked with 230 suppliers and 300 J Sainsbury colleagues in designing and installing a critical KPI tool to manage forecasting information in order to raise product availability whilst reducing waste.○
Libra has aided the growth of Samworth Brothers through a series performance improvement projects. These projects, targeted at individual group businesses at critical points in their development curves facilitating 12 years of unprecedented growth.
Working with ASDA and the ready meals category captains Libra Europe developed a self sustaining system to manage product availability and waste.

Development and delivery of a management academy for the Glenmorangie bottling plant to support the drive for industry leading quality, consistency and productivity.
Working alongside the local management team, operators and Glenmorangie exec, Libra have designed and developed a suite of line management training materials which will be delivered over the coming months. A train the trainer approach is being deployed, with local line management taking an active role in the development and deployment of training materials that will be rolled out across the business. These materials are being delivered in both a classroom and on-the-job environment where the theory will be put into practice.
The academy is being developed to match the industry leading facilities in Livingstone and will be supported through 2013 by the Libra team and appropriate systems and process developments to underpin the changes made.
