Andrew has 20 years of experience in manufacturing, specialising in continuous improvement (lean, six sigma, project management and change management). Since 2010 he's held CI Manager and Group CI Manager roles in various manufacturing businesses, focusing teams on both the people and technical side of change. Andrew joined Libra in 2022 as a Project Manager. He has supported the manufacturing and supply chain business units with scoping engagements, analysing opportunities and implementing change across various businesses. Andrew particularly enjoys the challenge of achieving results through developing people - training, coaching and mentoring. Out of work, he enjoys family life, watching boxing & rugby union and playing guitar.
