Placing ownership for organisational learning at the heart of where it is needed and delivered, we work with businesses on academy development, to create sustainable learning hubs within their business.
Giving ownership and responsibility for skills development to the managers who will benefit from its delivery, we look to understand the priorities and performance challenges the business area has and develop appropriate training materials that will address those learning needs. We spend a lot of time working with each individual business to understand their commercial strategy and what underpins their success.
Our people work with the clients directly, delivering training and coaching where required, whilst developing the in-house capability to take the Academy forward.
We develop supporting systems and management processes to enable the Academy to come to life. We train the trainers, the coaches and the mentors in how to conduct their roles as well as maintain the momentum of the Academy. We encourage anyone in the business who has an interest in training, coaching or mentoring to participate in the continuing success of the Academy.
