Training Needs Analysis

We work with clients to determine their training priorities and give recommendations as to how those training needs can be met.

We start with the strategic imperatives of the business. What are you looking to cause? What do you want to achieve? What does that mean in terms of capability requirements?
We are then in a position to do a gap analysis and determine the training priorities.

We also look to understand the effectiveness of training provided to date. What worked, what didn’t work and why? There are many ways to train. Learner preferences are key to achieving good engagement. We can then make our proposal of the route forward.
