Libra Europe Consulting creates focussed divisions


Building on a period of sustained growth across its operations, Libra Europe Consulting have made some changes, which will see the company operate as 4 distinct businesses focussing on specific areas of client need. The move comes in response to growing demand for the company’s specialist consultancy offerings, which underpin its core change management services.


Libra-3E will focus on Learning & Development with the emphasis on engaging, empowering and enabling teams to perform at higher levels. Led by Ben Davies who joined Libra in 2018, Libra-3E will operate as an approved training provider on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP), to deliver levy funded apprenticeship training.

Libra Solutions Partners

Libra Solutions Partners is led by Andrew Fenton who has worked with Libra since 2013. LSP is already working with clients supporting them with the vendor selection process as well as on-boarding of software solutions. The value proposition is to ensure a thorough understanding and alignment of business needs, process and the engagement of end users before commissioning commences, something that is often overlooked in the rush to implement a new application.

Libra Transaction Partners

Libra Transaction Partners will spearhead Libra’s continuing work on Sales, Mergers, Acquisitions and Turnarounds. Philip Gill will lead our internal team and network of partners to leverage our extensive knowledge of business transformation and provide a turnkey solution for owners and buyers through the deal cycle. Philip joined Libra in 2012 and to date has led the organisation’s analysis function.

Libra Change Partners

Libra Change Partners will initially be led by Bob Heward, working alongside Michael Carson, who will step up to the role of Head of Analysis, having joined Libra in 2018 from SIG Plc. We will continue to operate as change management experts and to partner with clients to deliver meaningful performance improvements and sustainable change to their businesses.
