Libra Europe unveils its new Learning and Development enterprise
Libra Europe Consulting is pleased to announce the launch of its latest venture Libra-3E, a learning & development enterprise with an emphasis on engaging, empowering and enabling teams to perform at the highest levels. The establishment of this new operation follows Libra’s recent award of Main Provider status on the UK Government’s Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). It also marks the latest development in the company’s deep-rooted commitment to life-long learning and skills development.
Led by Ben Davies, who joined Libra in 2018, Libra-3E will operate as a RoATP approved training provider, allowing Libra to access Apprenticeship Levy funding and provide clients access to Libra’s world-class training and team development through recognised National Apprenticeship Standards including:
· Level 3 Improvement Technician
· Level 4 Improvement Practitioner
· Level 5 Improvement Specialist
Ben Davies, who leads Libra-3E commented;
‘An appropriately skilled workforce is essential for all businesses, but the speed of organisational change and the need to keep upskilling staff is a constant challenge for many of our clients. We have chosen to launch Libra-3E with these apprenticeship standards as they fit very well with our client’s skills development needs as well as matching Libra’s core expertise in change management and continuous improvement. Our focus is to combine this expertise with our unique insight as change management and transformation specialists, to deliver highly relevant training, in a way which inspires learning for the individual which likewise helps companies maximise their operational and commercial performance.’
