Boughey Distribution are one of the country's leading logistics providers to the food industry with particular experience and expertise in the ambient grocery sector, working with some of the UK's largest retailers.

The Challenge

We were managing projects and initiatives with an ad-hoc approach with no structured project management approach to implement change within the business.
