We measure how this site is used with our own tool, Libra Analytics, which works without cookies. If you accept cookies, it sets one first-party cookie so we recognise your browser if you come back. It is set only after you accept, and removed if you later reject. Your browser's Global Privacy Control signal counts as rejecting.
