Step 1 of 3: Who does what, in order

Each person or team involved gets a lane, and the steps draw in the order the work really moves between them.

One sentence in, a business case out

  2. 2

    Answer a short interview

Plain questions about who is involved, how often it runs and where it gets stuck, in your own words.

  3. 3

Get the drawing and the case

Your process drawn and timed, today set against a simpler version, and a one-page business case to share.

Under four hours of work in a five-day quote

Every step is timed twice: the work itself, and the wait before it.

Set against your business, not an average one

Value Seeker reads the group from the companies register and its size from the filed accounts, then sets your process against a published benchmark with the source cited. The figures you give are checked against both.

Step 1 of 4: The group and its size, from public records

The parent and its two UK companies come from the companies register. The 240 people and £38m turnover come from the latest filed accounts.

Value Seeker never suggests replacing a person. It finds the work that gets in their way.

What directors ask before they put a process through it

What does it cost?
Nothing. Value Seeker is free and stays free. Libra built it to start conversations about fixing processes, and we only get involved if you want us to.
How accurate is the drawing?
It is a starting map, not an audit. Every step shows where it came from, so you can correct any line against how the process really runs, then check it with the people who do the work.
Is this about cutting jobs?
No. It counts hours, never heads. Work only a person should do is protected. What goes is the chasing and retyping between people, and the hours go back to your team for other work.
Where do the money figures come from?
From figures you give, such as how often the process runs and what an hour of your team's time costs, with the sum shown beside each one. Hours freed are capacity, not automatically cash, and the case says so.
What does it look up about my business?
Public records only: the group structure and filed accounts at Companies House, and published benchmarks for the process, each one cited. It never asks for access to your systems.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing to upload or install. The name of the process, a rough idea of how often it runs, and who is involved.
Can I share the result?
Yes. The business case sits behind a private link you can send to a colleague or take to your finance director.
What happens after?
If you want help making the change, that is Libra's day job: walking the process with your team, building the automation into the systems you already run, and staying until the hours are back. If not, the case is yours to use as it stands.

Put your slowest process through it

It is free, takes about three minutes, and ends with the drawing, the waits and a business case you can share.
