Boughey Distribution are one of the country’s leading logistics providers to the food industry with particular experience and expertise in the ambient grocery sector, and they work with some of the UK’s largest retailers from a purpose-built 48-acre site near Nantwich, Cheshire, a state-of-the-art 240,000 sq ft warehouse in nearby Crewe plus a new site in Newcastle Under Lyme.
Given Boughey's rapid growth and ambitious 5-year strategy, it was crucial to find a subject matter expert who could effectively map out the PMO process and mentor the teams though this transition. They needed someone capable of hitting the ground running, combining a personable touch with a strong technical approach.
