Prior to Alastair transitioning into his current role as a senior consultant, he accumulated 8 years of invaluable logistics industry experience in operational management, primarily in the transport sector but with some focus on warehouse operations.
Alastair dedicated 2 years to becoming a proficient continuous improvement practitioner, achieving the Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
These experiences have provided a robust foundation to excel in his current role as a senior consultant, where Alastair specialises in optimising supply chain networks, delivering sustainable, CO2-reducing transport solutions, and driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
Outside of work, Alastair enjoys windsurfing every week, (wind-dependent of course), the gym and is an avid Manchester City supporter.
