As a Leadership and Management Consultant at Libra Europe, Alison crafts bespoke, disruptive programmes across a multitude of industries. She utilises experiential learning and practical application, working collaboratively with client sponsors to ascertain and achieve desired outcomes. Alison combines her extensive operational management experience from wholesale banking, the third sector, and small businesses, with her expertise in leadership and management programme design and delivery. This blend of experiences enables her to effectively address identified leadership and culture issues while also uncovering and proposing solutions to potential operational problems. Furthermore, Alison is qualified to create and deliver Chartered Management Institute qualifications up to Level 5. These can either be offered as standalone qualifications or embedded within bespoke programmes, tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients.
