Charlie has recently become a part of the Libra Europe team as a Consultant, having completed his Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham. Equipped with a robust skill set cultivated during his academic pursuits, encompassing analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail, Charlie is poised to introduce fresh insights and promote operational excellence at Libra Europe. Gleaning practical experience in continuous improvement from an industrial placement within food manufacturing, Charlie recognises the paramount importance of process optimisation and stringent quality control. Beyond mere technical acumen, he places significant emphasis on the human aspect of his role, championing collaboration and easing the path to change management. Keen to make a mark on Libra's initiatives and embark on his consultancy odyssey, Charlie is dedicated to producing discernible and enduring outcomes, refining operations and aiding organisations in their pursuit of operational superiority. Away from the professional realm, Charlie is a zealous traveller with a substantial list of destinations to explore. He holds a deep passion for fitness and is an enthusiastic rugby aficionado, even having the honour of playing a match at the Sixways Stadium in 2023 (the ground for Worcester Warriors) representing West Bridgford 1st XV.
