Highly engaging, commercially focused individual, in his 40-year career Lance has held a number of posts at Board level working both with and for, organisations across several key industry sectors. Significant experience in delivering business transformation within FTSE 100 companies and the Public Sector where ‘Unlocking Human Potential’ has been the biggest prize. Extensive experience in boardroom facilitation, coaching and mentoring, Lance is a registered practising psychotherapist and was an Associate University Lecturer for 17 years. His blend of practical business experience and psychology heavily influences the design of our client people development work making for practical, unique and powerful interventions.
