Having founded the business in 2001, the Founder and Chief Executive of Libra. Tim has worked in consultancy for over thirty years interspersed with spells in the steel-making, aerospace and printing industries. The experience gained across industry sectors and geographies has allowed him to develop a strong understanding of the root causes behind many of the issues our clients face and how to help guide them to a solution. Building the business, Tim has remained focused on developing a team which can deliver the passion and commitment to excellence which is needed to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
